Amanda Walker is a Brownwood native. She and her husband have been married for 25 years and are proud parents of three children. In 2024, they welcomed their first grandchild, and Amanda looks forward to spending her extra time with the newest family member.

Mrs. Walker has a long-standing passion for the beauty industry. She has been a cosmetologist for 25 years and is approaching her fifth year in education, teaching high school students the art and skills of cosmetology. When she’s not teaching or working in the salon, she enjoys watching her children play sports, attending stock shows, and crocheting.
