Committee Overview

The Marketing and Communications Committee serves an important role in aligning the college's marketing and communication efforts with its strategic goals and objectives. The primary purpose of this committee is to strategize, plan, and oversee marketing and communication activities that promote the college, enhance its brand, and engage with key stakeholders.

Administrative Council

Vice President of Institutional Advancement, Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness, and other faculty and staff members

At least once per semester

  1. Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with the college's overall strategic plan.
  2. Manage and safeguard the college's brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and tone across all communication channels.
  3. The committee will develop advertising campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness of the college, attract prospective students and promote events and programs.
  4. The committee will guide the college's digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media strategy, email marketing, and online advertising.
  5. The committee oversees the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and other materials that effectively communicate the college's message to various audiences.
  6. The committee may conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of current and prospective students, helping to shape marketing strategies and initiatives.
