Ranger College procures a wide range of goods and services to support daily operations and student success. These include:

The College follows competitive procurement procedures in accordance with Texas purchasing laws and institutional policies. When applicable, competitive bidding is used to ensure fairness, transparency, and best value.

Cooperative Purchasing

To enhance efficiency and maintain compliance, Ranger College participates in cooperative purchasing programs. These programs allow the College to utilize pre-negotiated, competitively awarded contracts that meet state requirements.

  • Texas SmartBuy
  • The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS)
